Stop calls, texts and emails

Enter the phone number, the email, or both that you gave us. We stop every call, text and email from Tradein to them right away, and we won't share them with any dealer or buyer. You don't need a reason or an account.

What happens next

It takes effect as soon as you see the confirmation. The law allows up to 10 business days; we don't use them.
It covers calls, texts and email, from us and from anyone we would have shared your request with.
If a dealer you agreed to share your info with already has it, tell them too: they keep their own list.
You can also reply STOP to any text from us. Want offers again later? Just ask for one; that new request is a new yes.

We keep a record that you asked us to stop (the number or email and the time) so we keep honoring it. How Tradein works.
